I'm Eric Korn, the human behind this project. Gideon, the artist you see and read about, is a completely fictional character. The man in the photo does not exist. I built him using a mix of my own life stories and imaginative ideas. AI then wrote stories and created images based on those inputs.

The written stories in each gallery are central to this project. They were the seed from which visual art prompts sprouted, leading to the artworks you see. I sifted through many outputs to pick the ones that resonated with me most, both in writing and visuals. It's essential to note: I didn't change or edit any piece after it was produced by the AI.

I’ve sought to explore the core of artistic identity in an era increasingly influenced by AI. As you traverse these galleries, ask the question that I have asked myself repeatedly - Who is the true artist here? Is it I, Eric? The imagined figure of Gideon? Or the precise algorithms working behind the AI?

Here's a question I've been pondering: When it comes to the artwork prints, who should sign them? Should it be me, the real person behind the scenes? Gideon, the fictional artist? Or should they remain unsigned?

I invite you to think about this as you explore the gallery.
